No. 5, Xinxing Road, Hengtang Industrial Zone: Today, Higi Furniture Co., Ltd, a furniture manufacturer providing seating solutions for workplace, healthcare and education, is pleased to announce that they have delivered a 40' HQ container of training chairs and writing pads. The shipment is bound for Oman.

The shipment contained the following products:

i. 536 Sharp series training chairs (SR-01DW)

ii. 200 Sharp writing pads

Of the recent shipment, Higi sales manager Jimmy Xie comments, "It was the first order from our Omani client, so we took extra care to ensure a smooth deliverance of our products. This involved understanding their needs through clear communication and executing them meticulously."

To make sure the shipment was made on time and left no room for mistakes, these were what Higi did:

- The sales team communicated frequently with the client and others parties involved to clarify their requirements for the chairs. These included product specs, packaging, labeling and so on.

- An inspector was invited to carry out a first article inspection to make sure the chairs were produced according to their requirements. The sales team responded quickly to several things the inspector discovered that should be corrected, including a fault on the law label.
